Over the years we have used the power of hip-hop music to help change the landscape of the cities urban scene, but not just musically, but with events like "Toyz N The Hood" and "The Greatest Toy Drive Ever", that show hip-hop can also be used as a tool of assistance, support, and positive change.
Help us spread the word about "The Greatest Toy Drive Ever" and help those truly in need during the holiday season.
This year we have enlisted the services of Mistah Fab x Grayskul x Cool Nutz x Serge Severe x Zoo? & Maze Koroma x Stevo x Omni Alien x DJ OG One to assist in providing a night a quality entertainment that should lend to promoting the "Giving Spirit".
This year we are looking to support the families in need of Self Enhancement Inc during the holiday season and would appreciate any press support from your respective press outlet.
Growing up in Northeast Portland, OR, Cool Nutz always kept his eyes on the prize. Hip-Hop culture had always played a huge role in his life, but at no point did he think that Hip-Hop and business would mix to put food on the table. Using Run DMC’s “Rock Box” as his initial inspiration, Cool Nutz teamed up with childhood friend Bosco Kante to start their pursuit of the proverbial dream.
He now has 11 critically acclaimed solo albums and over 500 shows under his belt, he has graced the stage with Wu-Tang Clan, The Game, Ice Cube, Ludacris, Tech N9ne, E-40, Too Short, Mac Dre, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Trick Daddy, Run DMC, The Clipse, The Cool Kids, Common, The Dogg Pound, Sir Mix A Lot, Redman, The Grouch, 2 Live Crew, Andre Nickatina, Baby Bash, and more.
We are so lucky to have such a talented and passionate man behind the board for the Northwest Breakout Show!
